Microsoft recently released Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor beta that helps you check if your system is compatible with Windows 7.
This program is simple to use – Just download, install and run the program to get your results.
Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor scans your computer system, programs and devices to check if it’s able to run Windows 7. The report will let you know if your PC meets the system requirements, if there are any known compatibility issues with your programs and devices, and will also provide guidance on your upgrade options to Windows 7.
Please note that you need to have installed .NET 2.0 Framework or higher on your XP to run Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor . Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor supports Windows 7, Windows Vista, and Windows XP Service Pack 2 only.
