Free photo editing software – Photoscape

Hey guys, I would like to let you know that there are many stuff available all over the internet, which is geared towards 
free photo editing. Some of these are really worth using, due to the factor that photo editing software can cost you thousands and thousands of dollars. Sometimes it may be worth using the free stuff instead of using nothing at all. It is understandable if during this recession time, you don’t have enough money to spend on software, even if you really want it. I can’t give you the answer to your money problems, because if I did I would have an answer to my own, but what I can give you is some advice.
I found something that I highly suggest that you use; you could even make it a part of your essential photo editing toolbar. This freeware goes by the name of PhotoScape and is from the site: http://www.photoscape.org
I can’t tell you if this will suit your needs or not, but what I can tell you is that it has worked very well for me and for many friends that I know.
You can also add decorative frames built-in from the tool.
The tool also makes collage frames very easy for you to create. You can choose from a lot of frame designs and then just drag and drop pictures to each section of the frame. This is fun to pick and choose.
Arranging pictures for printing to a single photo paper is also easy.
This tool offers users many exciting features and functions. It seriously may be within your best interest to give it a go.
