We are hearing about vulnerabilities, viruses and spyware all the time. The debate continues if an antivirus you pay for 
is the same quality of an antivirus that is free. I am not sure of my opinion but would really be interested to hear yours, if you would like to share it with me.
You need to know that popular antivirus programs such as McAfee are great but the problem is that each year you may need to pay a new fee and this is besides the fee of the antivirus itself. Although many antivirus programs are different from each other, they all share the same properties with regard to payment which is that they can get expensive.
You probably are wondering if there are any decent antivirus programs out there that are free. There are many free antivirus programs available and you just need to choose the one that best suits you. You could also consult with some experts or do your own research; some different ones have different advantages and disadvantages.
One of the great free antivirus software’s available is called Microsoft Security Essentials and it is really easy to get it up and running. This freeware has been distributed by Microsoft so this should be a decent indicating factor to you that it should be a good antivirus.
You will need to follow the instructions and do the downloads that are required and also you will need to do each step carefully.
If you follow the instructions from the pictures above and you do each step carefully then you should be fine. If you do experience any problems you could always contact some friends or go onto some forums or the internet and get some help. The effort required to get this free antivirus is nothing in comparison to the many benefits you will experience once you have it up and running. It worked for me and it can work for you tool.
