Vista Services Optimizer, is a free tool for Windows Vista that assists you with fine tuning and speeding up Windows 
Vista. This tool comes with many Windows services related tools such as automatic tuneup, manual tuneup and service test.
Manual TuneUp option enables you to optimize Vista by disabling unnecessary services. Security TuneUp, under Manual TuneUp option, lets you enable/disable Windows Security Center, Windows Update, Firewall, Defender, Backup and Restore Center and Encrypted networks with a single click.
