New Technology – A brief break down of the latest search engine
When it comes to technology and grabbing the attention of the consumer the two aspects, which are pivotal to success, 
are user-centered designs fused constructively with technical design. The effectiveness of the fusion will obviously determine the success of the end product.
The latest technologies are being incorporated into search engines, a few of which are highlighted below.
Ask:
Boasting a selectable skin interface, this search engine manages its content database by indexing what the industry terms: ‘smart’ sites. These smart sites are websites that deliver content worth paying attention to. Ask.com also shows preview/thumbnails in its search results. Ask is based off the Lycos engine (as is HotBot).
Bing:
With a skin that changes daily, this search engine portrays a comfortable image. Bing appears to have the monopoly on showing enhanced results. By simply clicking on enhanced view on a search result, an I-framed page of code-modified scripted content appears.
Cuil:
With the technology of hovering search results, a search technique which emphasizes a preview thumbnail of search results on the right hand side of the page – making searching for items that much faster. With the ability to preview links associated with search results, searching via this method is just that much easier.
Dogpile:
This search engine tends to find every relevant result based on the search terms specified. The results gathered are compared and those, which relate to each other, are displayed… making searching for results a breeze. The compatibility of this search engine is so strong and given the fact that Dogpile does not have a bot-centered interface, searching is capable at all times.
Grokker:
With different visual search interfaces, here you will be able to view two or three different visuals and will be provided with a database which is capable of expansion.
With so many new technological advances, especially in the field of internet applications and search engine platforms, one is sure to find the search engine which best suits your individual needs.

I´ve been studying your weblog for awhile and it definitely not occurred to me to comment. Which is fully ironic, given that I´ve spent a lot of time over the past few months studying what it takes to make people comment alone website. Quickly after reading a few your posts I assume it´s controversial subjects that stir people´s emotions to the point where they can´t simply let it go.
