December 17, 2008 Computer Tips And Tricks
To improve the speed of your machine you have to upgrade hardware such as RAM or graphics card
. On-board cards with a better graphics card can be replaced from the Nvidia GeForce or ATIC Radeon ranges. Sometimes you will not be able to get the most out of your brand new hardware without replacing other components which support it too, such a the PSU (power supply unit). Make sure that any new hardware is compatible with your current PC’s specifications.
Windows Vista users can take advantage of a new feature called ReadyBoost which enables you to plug in a USB memory stick which can be used as additional RAM memory.
